Residents participate in a call structure from Saturdays to Thursdays over a two-week period. The experience — supported by AIdoc AI on clinical workstations — includes an independent call, which helps residents build confidence and simulates the demands of private practice.
Residents will have opportunities to teach undergraduate medical students and to engage in research with faculty.
Didactics
All diagnostic radiology residents have protected learning time from noon to 1 p.m. daily. They'll attend didactic lectures, case conferences, follow-up conferences, journal club, and morbidity and mortality conferences. Lectures are available for live streaming and can be viewed later via a password-protected website.
Educational sessions are based on a comprehensive curriculum that is developed and maintained by the Program Evaluation Committee.
